I mean, yeah. Yeah.

I no longer have accounts with any of the Big Five: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, or Microsoft.

Feels good, man. I'd be happy to discuss more in the comments about what that process was like, or other switches I've made. I only use open-source OSes now, mostly federated social media, stuff like that.

If you haven't yet ditched the Five, keep working at it. We all need to ASAP.

Basically. Intermittent fasting actually means that I stopped eating too big of breakfasts or shit like donuts in the break room, drinking excessively sugary coffees, and binge-eating crap after dinner. That's how the weight comes off.

"so i tried to install arch--"

I stopped reading. Learn how to write a sentence and try installing a sensible distro.

Yeup, it's probably an inevitability. I'm big on GOG and pirating, any sort of digital preservation.

Alright, you guys. Real talk:

Delete your PlayStation account. Keep your PS5 and exclusively buy discs. Once that console breaks and can't be repaired, fuck it. Don't get the PS6.

From now on, only buy games you own. Steam doesn't count. GOG is a great starting point. Piracy is also a valid alternative.

Don't you dare ever assert again, ever, that God is a woman:

No woman could or would ever fuck things up this badly. God is definitely a man.

POSTAL 2. I got it for a buck on GOG.

$0.00.

I never buy games on Steam. If you buy it, and can't keep it, you don't own it.

I have Steam for a handful of free titles. The rest I buy from GOG.

Yeah, it's a tough feeling to live with. I feel out of place, too, and despite my best efforts, people just seem to... go away.

Hit me up anytime if you need to talk.

GOG is better.
