I would eat it, but I would do so on rare occasions in the same way I might have a drink with friends once a month. I became vegetarian for health reasons in addition to the reasons listed by OP and I have grown to really enjoy meat-free eating, so I don't really miss it but would view it as a treat best enjoyed sparingly.
A Serbian film is tops for me. I watched it on my day off while my 2 year old daughter was taking her mid-day nap and when she woke up I couldn't bring myself to pick her up out of the crib. I just felt too compromised by what I had just put into my eyes to touch her for a while.
Sorry, but that's not what the actual JAMA research study says:
Greater early-life digital media exposures may be associated with atypical sensory processing. Further research is needed to understand why early media exposure is associated with specific sensory-related behaviors, including those seen in autism spectrum disorder, and if minimizing screen media at a young age can improve subsequent sensory-related outcomes.>
To me, making the jump to say "Screen time directly linked to autism and ADHD" based on the data in this study is like a research paper noting "American football playing is associated with specific types of head trauma, including the types seen in car accident victims, but further research is needed to understand why" and then writing an article saying "AMERICAN FOOTBALL PLAYING DIRECTLY LINKED TO CAR ACCIDENTS!!!"
Here is a link to the actual research paper instead of a badly written sensationalistic article if anyone is interested:

As far as I can tell, I'm actually in the vast minority in that I use the service on a family plan and with my DJ gear. Streaming for DJs is being removed from family plans and it now requires me to pay for an individual plan + $9 a month in addition to what I'm already paying for the wife and kids, so I'm thinking about canning it.
Is there a way to see a list of the posts I have upvoted and downvoted like I could with Boost for Reddit or is tracking those metrics limited by the lemmy platform? I have been missing this info in Jerboa and just assumed it would be tracked in Boost for Lemmy.
When playing music from USB-C the audio precessing is happening in the adapter, not the phone. You may want to get a different/better adapter and that should solve your problem with low volume.
This one from Amazon sounds good, gets crazy loud, and is very inexpensive:

I can hold my breath for 4 minutes. Does that mean I'm technically living more life than the rest of you?
The convenience was why I started primarily streaming years ago. Unlike in years past I am never without an Internet connection so the motivation to download the content locally and manage/archive has dropped tremendously for me. Glad people like you are still out there, though. Otherwise there would be nothing to stream!
I'm a medical lab manager. I don't work in tech professionally, but it has always interested me. By default I handle all my labs technical issues. Lol I loved using reddit via a 3rd party app and was disgusted how things were handled so I have come here to test the waters. So far I'm finding this exciting and I'm having fun!
