Noodles were invented in China, so the inverse would be more accurate.
Ramen is anime lamian. Chinese pulled noodles.
Italy is associated with spaghetti (see spaghetti western)
So the inserse would be "spaghetti ramen"

Also, since pasta noodles originated on the Pacific Coast, it would be more accurate to say that spaghetti is just Gangster Ramen.
Noodles come from Asia, not Italy.
Tomatoes come from America.
So not much in spaghetti is from Italy.
