Drugs that change sleep patterns vary wildly person to person. We just don't understand it that much.
More vivid dreams in general for me.
Does for me. Or maybe it just causes dreams. I only have nightmares regardless so I can't really say.
Try lowering the dose, I learned 10 mg gave me fucking crazy nightmares whereas 5 mg was completely fine
The hell? I'm taking 1mg if I need it and it just works fine
I’ve taken it monthly for years. This is a new concept to me.
Smoke weed? it can prevent dreaming
Well I never really dreamed even as a child.
Ive noticed more nightmares when taking melatonin
Not for me. But combine it with some delta 9 and strap the fuck in, it's gonna be a crazy ride.
Brandy: Here I am -- cheap, tasty, helpful with sleep and no dreams guaranteed!
I know You're joking, but as someone who drank himself to sleep many times, You don't rest on drunk sleep.
Yes, it was a joke, but every joke is only partly a joke. Next time try a small gulp, not a full bottle. It won't switch you off, just make you cozier. Unless you're clinically insomniac it'll help.
I sleep like a baby when I'm drunk and wake up refreshed in fewer hours than normal. If I can avoid the hangover it's great.
As a lucid dreamer, challenge accepted. (Becoming lucid neutralizes nightmares.)
I lucid dream frequently, and it does help. However - and I'm not sure how common this is - the lucidity tends to drop in and out. Sometimes I'll go back to believing it's real, or I'll only identify parts of the dream as a dream. The mind works in weird ways.
the lucidity tends to drop in and out
This is why I avoid flying =]
But that's the best part of my dreams :(
Not for me
Oh shit. I could be wrong. I automatically lose the plot. It's not something I learned.
When you take a drug to force you to sleep don't be surprised when it lets your subconscious take control. If your conscious was in control you wouldn't be asleep would you? /hj
Me: I like writing stories. I don't have nightmares; I have inspirations.
David Tennant from season one of Jessica Jones: allow me to prove you wrong for two and a half years straight
lol, try trazadone.
For nightmare pills that don't require a prescription, I recommend a melatonin + valerian root combo
I have. Biggest issues are priapism, stuffy sinuses and being useless for four hours after waking up. Sleep great though.
I had horrific nightmares every night for years.
then I found insomnia!
now when my head hits the pillow my brain is far too exhausted to even properly understand where it is let alone what to dream about.
thanks insomnia!
Being a regular medical cannabis user, when I occasionally take a break from it the dreams come rushing back in full technicolor.
These vivid dreams are not exactly nightmares, but they aren't the fun kind either. They are usually mundanely weird to anxiety inducing, but the next day anything I remember will feel like snapshots of real memories more than normal dreams.
I take lions mane to help with my brain fog but holy shit does it make my dreams very long and vivid. I kinda hate it.
How effective has lions mane been for the brain fog?
3/10 but better than anything else I've tried.
Sprinkle in a dash of zma (zinc, magnesium) and you can sleep more lightly while you have vivid nightmares.
