I hope that the motion controls work better than on the Wii. Not sure it's worth the cost, though.

You know what would really work well? If the state just provided it's own service. Then you would be in a nonprofit model instead of making billionaires richer.

For me, the cover letter is the first filter. Did they write a reasonably good and unique one? Does it address the job description? Do they explain how past experience prepares them and/or do they explain how this would be a mutually beneficial experience?

Possible that Rosa is on the spectrum and interprets things very literally. I don’t think there are bad intentions here, just misunderstandings. Advice: read up on rejection based dysphoria and consider whether the might fit Rosa and whether you can alter your communications style to help.

They do. It’s why you have an immune system. You’re literally being attacked millions of times per day but keep it in check.
