That fence between the tip and the shaft says something. It feels like those oddly specific warnings on things where you just know that thing happened more than once. I'm not sure what that thing is in this case, but it's definitely there.

As a person who has slid over a wall from the hot tub to the pool head-first, I can tell you the bottom of a 3' (1m) pool comes up to meet your face much faster than you'd expect. I assume the fence is to encourage people not to do that.
Well if it's uncircumcised it could be rolled out as an automatic cover...
