that's what i tell all my patients. i could un-curse them in a moment, but that's bad because lots of curses are actually load-bearing, especially if they've been there for a long time. you gotta remove them slowly, give the healthy tissue a chance to fill up that hole.
aw fuck nothing changed, that must mean my shitty sleep schedule and general malaise are not a curse but are in fact the consequences of my own choices
