By 2024 most liberals understood pretty well why Kamala wasn't going to get the left's vote and were just going through the stages of grief.

Back in 2020 liberals had some optimism.

I remember reading this back in 2019 when they first posted it. This course of events was so painful to watch unfold, powerless to do anything to change course. Profound sadness.
