It will be a total nonsense legal argument but wherever it happens I bet the DOJ swoops in says all airports are technically federal property so the local cops are not allowed to investigate. TV law brains say the government should have no case. But of course they do. GOP SCOTUS quickly says: "You know what..."
The FBI investigates and finds no evidence of wrong doing by the murder pig. But the agency says witnesses who helped the dying man should be investigated for... I dunno... whatever.
