That color scheme. This looks like a screenshot from that alternate history Wolfenstein game where Nazis win WW2 and take over the USA.
There is nothing alternate about that, that is just regular history. The Nazis were rescued by the US, protected by them during Nuremburg then ratlined into their government to run the show and bring fascism over in a slower burn. Operation Paperclip is a real thing that happened. The Dulles brothers were Nazis.
