Maybe I’m hallucinating but a while ago an old Spanish fort in PR had an exhibition that was just a stinky ass room that used to be used as a mess hall or w/e, and the sign said ‘this is how a room full of armored Spaniards would smell like’ and I swear they doused it with ammonia and dog shit
God I hate just wearing regular ass clothes when it's hot out, can you imagine wearing like three layers of cloth, padded leather and fucking steel and shit on top of that? You could probably smell armies from miles away
