Can't imagine anyone actually making a guillotine with such a long blade. It wouldn't be able to get enough momentum to cleanly cut through in a single motion, which is the entire point of the guillotine. Is that slop?
It's a standing mirror stylized as a guillotine.
You can use a much shorter blade with weights instead.
