Fascism is inherently unstable because it relies on both the consciousness of the bourgeois class, but also by removing the state apperatus that mediated their interests within their class (ie. diminishing the justice state, economic regulation, civil rights).
Capitalists make the strategic decision to cannibalise themselves within a period of socioeconomic upheaval to reconsolidate power and return to the "stable" liberal order. Fascism essentially becomes the human shield formed of the bourgeois and petit-bourgeois class whilst the core remains secure.
If the fascists are openly fighting amongst themselves, it's because there's power up for grabs and alliances aren't worth keeping. It probably bodes worse for us than if they had a united façade. That being said, it's also a tune of immense weakness and opportunity for both classes, otherwise the need for fascism itself would be nought.
