I'm an aunt and all 3 of my nieces have leaked urine on me at some point while they were in diapers. It happens. It's not that big of a deal. Washes off.

For real, when my twins were little I got covered in pretty much every gross thing those little People McNuggets can produce for one reason or another.
That said, the entire point of the attack seems to have been to say "If you don't resign, then next time it will be something lethal," so in a way it doesn't really matter what it was. The fact that he did it at all was a threat on her life.
Chemical analysis takes a while even with a cooperative law enforcement system - unless he fesses up or it was something really obvious I doubt at this point that anyone knows what was in the syringe.
I'm guessing urine. But they're holding off on saying so for as long as possible because the worst people in the world are going to do the worst things imaginable knowing that occurred.

It would be interesting to know what's the procedure here. Do they go to ER? What do they test for? There's shitload of dangerous things. What can and can't be detected? In what order you do the tests?
