Possums are next 
If they lived for more than a few years I'd be amenable to it.
I've seen quite a few reports of them living for like 10 years as pets.
Possums make good pets actually. They are already very cuddly and sweet and don't carry most diseases we humans need to worry about.
Some people say they can live a pretty good lifespan but in reality you should only expect 5-6 years tops.

Raccoons are really funny and cute lil guys
I don't need something as smart as a raccoon in my house. Get up at 3 AM for a snack and Rigby is digging around in the fridge, no thank you
