If there are any anti-maga republicans in the future reading this, it's an excellent opportunity to run a campaign on MAGA incompetence giving out cash to illegals (obviously false but red tie voters won't know that).
So far, there has been $200B collected in tariffs as of September. Some estimates are saying $300B by end of year.

So how much COULD people get?
$200B / 233M = $858.37
$300B / 233M = $1,287.55
Not awful, until you realize that's how much these taxes soaked you for in the first place. 😉

The tariffs are just a tax on -us- in the first place, easily exceeding $2k; so this isn't some gift, it's a partial return on a tax that shouldn't exist in the first place.

I like redistributing wealth, no complaints here, but as a response to Trump's claims of a wealth government I offer a reminder to everyone here that Trump decreased federal income and increased the 5 year deficit by about 7 Trillion by the lowest estimates. The US Government does not have the money to do this.

All I see anymore is, "Trump said stuff". When are those grocery prices coming down?
