Well Germany has democracy again. They did not say when this next administration would be.

The only way I accept this is if the cost a long with total cost of its construction is taken from the military budget.
The monkey paw curls. The military gets defunded to pay for the reconstruction of the White House. ICE budget and spending is still through the roof.
Tax everyone at the front row of his inauguration for it. If not paid in 7 days, freeze assets totalling double.

I'm thinking that even if they want to knock the building down, they could at least part it out. Look at those windows in the wreckage pile! I'm sure there are dozens of small museums around the country who would love to have an authentic White House window to show bored fourth graders on field trips.

Back during the peak of the 51st state shit and all that there were US citizens saying “damn I guess you gotta come put us out of our misery, huh?” and it’s like no, ya’ll need to clean up your own messes. Canadians won’t come fix their shit because it’s not our problem and they’ll never learn if we have to keep propping them up and keeping them safe from consequences.

I think that's part of the point - they're a statue symbol because they're difficult to maintain on your own without hired help.
Prolly depends on climate, I do fuck all for mine, they blossom beautifully and are like 2.5 metres high at this point. One year I cut off the fruits (idk the English word for them) in the winter and got even more blossoms for very little work.
Fruits are "Rosehip" in English. And can be used in cooking.
I usually just dry them to have as herbal tea!
