Wrong, that would be the dental hygienist. Dentists rarely perform standard cleanings as pictured.
Also, if a cleaning is causing serious pain that's partially on you for doing a poor job in your own routine.

Well I had a deep cleaning like this recently due to many years of poor hygiene and it was performed by the dentist.
I have to go back in 3 months to see the hygienist.

Who says he's cleaning though? It just says he's about to "start on her teeth", this could be an operation or an investigation into a complaint or anything else that a dentist would do.
My dentist does it. I think it is fairly common to be done by a dentist in Germany.
If their hand slips when using the polishing thingy and hit your gums, it can definitely hurt through no fault of your own.

Should be mostly fine, I'd say. The Glans clitoridis is anatomically analogous to the Glans Penis, so I'd guess it would be around the same sensitivity (could anyone who has both chime in on how they compare?)
There's definitely a lot of individual variability though, some people are hypersensitive and some people don't feel as much or are used to it (as in, you can't really move your clitoris out of the way if your clothing or activity is chafing it, so kinda just ignoring it is the only option sometimes)

The current one seems to be a big fan of Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors. I literally have PTSD from my last 2 visits, the pain was so bad. And I seemingly have a very high pain tolerance level, or so I'm told, which ought to tell you something.
