IIRC people die from plague every year
Yep, and every time people post about it like it's something new, and every time people inform them that it happens every year.
I didn't realize that Making America Great Again meant bringing us back to pre- Columbian standards. The natives will be happy.

They should put some pictures of teratomas or something with the teeth and the hair
Which is weird, because we have some VERY dramatic pictures of the plague. Most of them in black and white, thankfully.
Meanwhile, an estimated 15k+ have died of Covid-19 so far this year.

He died with the plague. It could have been anything that killed him, like a vaccine. The plague is no worse than a flu.
