Reminder that ICE only came into existence in 2003 under Dubya and that immigration and customs processes operated just fine before that.
I mean the organization that preceded it was also dogshit, it was just an order of magnitude less prolific and lacked the explicit "just go do ethnic cleansing" mandate that ICE has as its mission statement.
