[–] Frank@hexbear.net 68 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Don't do it. It's a trap. They feed off your cortisol. Every second you spend on twitter is a second you could have been honing your body in to a weapons so you can throat-punch this person if you ever encounter this person in the wild

geordi-no meaningless verbal violence

geordi-yes actually physically hurting fash until they stop doing that

I legit feel like I just saw a corgi narrowly avoid getting hit by a car.

My adrenaline is flowing

[–] corgiwithalaptop@hexbear.net 13 points 2 years ago

My little girl has almost gotten hit by a car twice this past summer, and my gut reaction was to just throw myself on top of it cause they werent stopping. Were I in a worse place mentally, the knife would have come out.

[–] blight@hexbear.net 9 points 2 years ago

yesterday i was crossing the road at a proper marked crossing, the car keeps going fast and narrowly missing me, whereupon i slow down, flip him off, and continue walking. he got so mad he turned around and stopped to shout something at me (couldn't hear, was using headphones)

[–] ikiru@lemmy.ml 36 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Don't do it.

Let that place die.

I am now quite sure the sins of this guilty land will never be washed away but with blood

[–] sicklemode@hexbear.net 12 points 2 years ago

The sins of those who colonized this land, and those who carry on the legacy, are so grave, so heinous, so barbaric that they can never be atoned for.

the sins of this guilty land will never be washed away but with blood

Precisely.

The bad feeling I have is because you're the evil one, actually.

[–] Rojo27@hexbear.net 33 points 2 years ago

I feel bad that he isn't the one having to crawl through razor wiresicko-wistful

Is it any surprise that the Havana Syndrome was exclusively reported by CIA agents and other intelligence agents, aka the most evil, devious "human beings" on this planet, while they occupied an island to continue oppressing it for over a century?

[–] EmmaGoldman@hexbear.net 32 points 2 years ago (2 children)

But this was posted by NY Post, a chud rag. Are they saying this is good?

[–] SacredExcrement@hexbear.net 18 points 2 years ago

They're probably doing it to 'own libs' somehow

Maybe by saying 'Look what Biden's Border Control is doing'

[–] ShimmeringKoi@hexbear.net 14 points 2 years ago

I think they are, yeah

[–] buh@hexbear.net 31 points 2 years ago (1 children)

what's worse, this or the variety of chud who's like "see how desperate people are to come to this country? you should be grateful for being born here very-intelligent"

[–] HumanBehaviorByBjork@hexbear.net 15 points 2 years ago

the Post is a right wing rag. I'm pretty sure this is the reaction they were looking for.

[–] ratboy@hexbear.net 28 points 2 years ago

Giving the general population access to therapeutic language was a mistake.

[–] Frank@hexbear.net 26 points 2 years ago

Yeah...

Yeah...

:gulaggulag

[–] sloth@hexbear.net 24 points 2 years ago

i regret to report, the word "weaponized" has been weaponized

[–] HumanBehaviorByBjork@hexbear.net 20 points 2 years ago

israeli army logic: asserting the target's humanity is a demonic ploy to pull at the heartstrings of the ethically and emotionally superior occupier, thereby demonstrating the target's inhumanity.

[–] TheLepidopterists@hexbear.net 17 points 2 years ago

Christ they're so little. This is horrifying. I just don't understand how someone could do this. How can people be so lacking in empathy?

[–] WhatDoYouMeanPodcast@hexbear.net 13 points 2 years ago

This is one of those Admiral Zhao moments where all his political conditioning betrays him. He's confronted by something tragic and awful and he lashes out in a way that makes him look like an asshole. Like he's so entrenched in a position that even the idea that two things can be sad would be a challenge. Even given (and it's a big given) that you don't want people immigrating, seeing a child getting hurt by razor wire can be tragic without all the momentum of thinking it's some kind of trick. A more sound argument is something like "guess his parents shouldn't have been doing that to him" because at least it takes a moment to acknowledge that this shit is awful. At which point you can talk about how juvenile it is to think that they're escaping a Mexico that's just bad like that for no reason, idk lol. His constant exposure to ideas about how great the US is and how bad the rest of the world is has left him lashing out with psychopathy. His statement is so devoid of empathy. He's lost the script.

It's gotta be a troll post right? I mean his name is literally one letter off from Eric Cartman.

[–] Esoteir@hexbear.net 13 points 2 years ago (1 children)

worse than that, I think he's named after the Nazi fighter pilot pit

[–] panopticon@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago

Was gonna say lol, it's literally the same name, letter by letter
