What I would like to know is why are there outlets on the ceilling.
For projector maybe.
Useful for large rooms โ hard to install outlets in the middle of the floor (and dangerous). Plus you usually want the mistletoaster to hang not float up.
I've seen this type of outlet in the middle of large rooms:
