well of course local thugs are on a different teat which merely gets federal injections.

empire and the police state are sacrosanct. the shutdowns are the backdoor austerity mechanism.

whenever they pass those emergency bridge funds to support troops, courts, and federal enforcement/prisons, the people voting yes are telling on themselves.
