Do you actively not want it or are you ambivalent? Do you want certain aspects? Like I would definitely donate type 3 forehead thingy but maybe nothing else besides trach shave if I had the choice. I talked to a doctor and they say that would probably get me about 70% to passing so I might do it, but I generally am afraid of surgery :(

In an ideal world when trans women are not discriminated against, I wouldn't think about ffs at all
But I have a wide, massive ass jaw (yay east Asian genetics) so to even have a chance of passing to my own country's people (where I want to immigrate to, and not that accepting of trans women), I need an aggressive V line surgery, among other serious jaw surgeries which has a low chance of permanent nerve damage/other severe complications which I don't want to risk at all
God type 3 sounds rough too, that's pretty good odds though if your doctor is correct
