That's why a lot of people wear black hoodies over white tees with black or blue jeans. If everyone in your area is dressed like that, it makes it harder for cops to identify you. Even if you don't commit crimes, if you get arrested, it makes it all that much harder to prosecute you. Not only will evidence not match up, eye witnesses are easily discredited.
