ask London Breed and Gavin Newsom... they're now wiping out homeless encampments all over California with impunity.. last i heard from the local news they're offering homeless people a bus ticket to whatever city they want to go to

it would be weird if some bus organisations would increase the price (like always) then reduce the service (like always) but -if there accidently was no bus any more- give them shelter for the time the price of that ticket allows them to to wait there for that bus, as they are paying customers then...

Put in coords that are inside the largest private residences in your city, superfund sites, other environmentally hazards, on the side of a cliff, etc
