Before getting covid I pooped once every 2 days usually. After covid I have 1-3 awful shits a day. My intestines are destroyed and I didn’t even have a serious case

I poop like twice a week and it's not painful or anything. Just typically more at once vs a lot of small ones. But I also don't have that fucked up of a diet, and I drink a lot of water. If you're only going once a week then you're probably not eating something right.

They also have to come down from the trees to poop for some reason. This leaves then vulnerable to predators. Probably why they poop so sparsely.

My pet theory is that once sloths did poop from atop their trees but it made them too powerful which disbalanced the ecosystem.

now it's been 2-7 times a day for... quite a while. at least i finally got some actual meds for my ulcers, no thanks to the local healthcare.
Some pro vegan truth: Pooping is less awful and takes less time when you don't eat animal products. Give it a try for a week.
I can confirm this, I had a lot of ghost poops when I was vegan. Less smelly too.
It's also a lot cleaner when using your butt for yours or someone else's pleasure.
