these people often have so many other underlying health issues that feeling like complete shit in general is just baseline existence

I poop like twice a week and it's not painful or anything. Just typically more at once vs a lot of small ones. But I also don't have that fucked up of a diet, and I drink a lot of water. If you're only going once a week then you're probably not eating something right.
