The explanation was "We're very sorry that was in our aerial explosions reference pack and not on purpose" which got me thinking why the challenger is such a big deal then, I'd wager most aerial explosions are sort of bad for at least some people on account of explosions are bad but worse if you're in the sky
those astronauts knew what they signed up for
