What website is this that has hanzi and pinyin together? I need this

I'm picking it up quick, but there's always enough characters I don't recognize that prevent me from reading effectively. Sucks being able to read 80% of the text and get 0% of the meaning from it
Pleco on android has an overlay that reads Chinese in apps and webpages and you can tap on a character to get the Pinyin and English translation
oh I have Pleco. I'll have to figure out how to use that
Check out Pleco, the app has an overlay screen reader that lets you select Hanzi and comes with definitions and Pinyin
