October is a wonderful month, Its homey and marks the end of the difficult times, the beginning of the happy cozy times. Summer is hard. I'm glad its moving on now.
I tend to have to the opposite experience: 4/4 breakups were at the end of summer and also it's worst time of the year at my job. This year, I have a lot more community than any previous year so maybe it won't be as bad.
Damn, that is some strong patterning! Summer is a very dysphoric time for me, where I end up overheating constantly. Its also just... Idk what it is. Summer is just hard. Winter is hard too, but its not quite the same? Idk. I dont have that much community rn, I'm not that good at showing up in it and tend to selfisolate when I get uncertain (which is always it feels like), but I'm going into winter the stablest ive ever been so we'll see how it goes!
I overheat like crazy, too, but the warmer nights make up for it. I get to show more skin and not have to worry about bringing a jacket with me. I hope this winter goes well for the both of us
I may just not be made for the heat. I miss walking home in a thin cardigan and miniskirt when its -20 out. I want that. I want that again. Jokes on me tho I moved and now my cold tolerance is fucked, but my heat tolerance never caught up. I hope your transition through fall treats you well :
