It's the evil kind of mullet as well. The Alan Jackson kind. Cool mullet is Kurt Russel in the 80s, leave a little party in the front and dont buzz the sides, just keep em trimmed around the ears.
Kurt Russell is the only person I can think of who has successfully worn a mullet. They are an almost universally awful hairstyle and I'll hold this hill with my life until history vindicates me.
also Kris Kristofferson but these are just exceptions that prove your rule
