This is an actually good remark, to the point where it feels completely out of character. It reads as genuine praise for an act that was actually good. Off the top of my head I don't have a single other example of that out of him. A flippant admission that he sucks is actually very appropriate when it's immediately preceded by calling the teenager a hero as a contrast.
He briefly defended Hamas purging compradores, before reversing position the next day or whenever like the zionist running-dog he is.
