I used to have incredible cold resilience until a couple of months into HRT. Then it got worse and worse over time, and nowadays it feels like being dropped off in the middle of Antarctica when local temps start dropping in October. On the flip side, summers don't feel as hot as before.
I'm so jealous. I am definitely colder but not enough to wear all the layers I want. I think it's because I work outside so my body is forced to adjust to the weather and it's pretty mild here so I'm mostly acclimated to cooler temps. Any day over 70 and I'm sweating like crazy unless I'm just sitting doing nothing.
Yeah, that makes perfect sense. I have a sedentary job, so that probably makes a difference as well.
I got better at handling cold because I have gained some fat, my hands and feet don't get as cold anymore
