Oddly homophobes are the loudest group when it comes to anything related to gays. They're the main reason i know who in my social group is gay, they're the main reason i know we had gay parades precovid. They're the only reason i know we have at least one gay club in our city.
Those who screech and fearmonger about a person or thing cause much more visibility of that person or thing than anything else. AOC, for example, was better-known to conservatives than to anyone else in polls because of how much she was demonized by them. Don't know if that's still true.

there are obviously gop members that are in sham relationships and are closeted. like My LINDSEY, and then madison cawthorne started saying they all have orgies.
Only semi-related, but I worked for a representative who once quipped that there was no better proof that "the clothes make the man" than the congressional members' locker room.
