Starting some new medication. Doctor is concerned that my mostly unmanaged anxiety disorder would be exacerbated by most ADHD meds since they're stimulants (kinda bullshit, overstimulation is one of by biggest triggers but whatever) so instead I've been started on a norepinephrine re-uptake inhibitor. That still might exacerbate anxiety, so we're starting on a low dose and working up.
It'll take a while to get the blood levels high enough to be effective, so won't know if this does anything for a week, but I'd love to actually do the things I want to do instead of just thinking about doing them and being anxious because I'm not doing anything.
Hey, I have both of those things and the ADHD stims actually help my anxiety a decent bit. Still anxious, but less. FWIW.
