We were in the car to my doctor's appt and he told me casually he makes pasta from scratch while listening to that one song that plays in every italian restaurant. 1. this man doesn't even know how to cook but he found pasta. and 2. oh no, ITALIAN!

Is he making the noodles from scratch as well or just the sauce? Cause homemade fresh noodles are a genuine game changer for pasta. If he's going all in, I'd encourage it. It will pay dividends in pasta form
