JFC that's gross. Turning an entire nation into literal comic book villains.

They were the heroes who sold Sox Brown the Plutonium so he could invent time travel. Doc Brown ripped them off.
Well they gave it to him to make a bomb out of it. IDK if they were supposed to be related to the government or an anti-government militia group though.
I think they just say 'The Libyans' and font give more detail. Its been a while since ive seen it tho. If they were selling plutonium to an American, id have to imagine they were anti-government. The cia probably ordered them to kill Doc Brown when they found out it was for a time machine and not weapons.
Reel Bad Arabs was an eye-opening doc. I never even thought twice about that scene before they rubbed my nose in it.
I used to have a joke about how Hollywood had Italians playing Indians (Natives) and later Indians (from India) playing Arabs. The solution? We all just keep shifting over one seat westward. The Natives get to play the actual Indians from India, the Arabs get to play Italians and Romans, everyone has a part.
