AI video models can't do that, not even something absolutely horrifying like LTX that includes audio generation. This looks like it's mostly just a traditionally chopped up series of clips from different things MUXed with random lines from movies and TV shows that terminally online chuds substituted for a personality ten years ago and never let go of.
