They're still dancing on rooftops as bombs fall around them. They know Iran has morals and won't target civilians. Why shouldn't Iran change that at this point? "israel" has been killing civilians forever, why not give a taste of their own medicine?

Why not? I was in a meeting at work during the 12-day war, "israeli" contractors were still joining meetings like nothing's happening. If you make the conditions bad for the settler, they will lose all reason to stay.
International opinion doesn't matter, Iran will always be seen as the great evil, "israel" has committed such terrible atrocities, livestreamed, for the past 3 years.
They paraded a rapist. You think anyone cares about international opinion over there? They still receive US support, why not hit them where they will actually feel it? They are a pampered nation of spoiled brats, they do not have the same resolve as Iran. It would be simple to crush them.
