Lots of answers but I think the explicit joke here is that grapefruit doesn't work with certain types of antidepressant medications, which redbull's clients are presumably on.
I thought it was the "girl" part since most women of reproductive age are on hormonal contraceptives.

Only thing that came to mind was diabetics can't usually have grapefruit. Is the joke that redbull enjoyers are diabetic? 🤔

A quality axe can cut grapefruit without mess, the big concern is keeping the axe clean. Grapefruit is hell on non-stainless metals.
I mean that lists off acetaminophen… and it says all citrus juices can do it, so don’t drink juice at all then?
Def drink grapefruit juice if you're taking e. The extra vitamins help a ton and it'll extend the high.
Also reduces the toxicity from the metabolites your body makes while processing it. Pretty convenient with all the other good ways they interact

The implication here is that a consumer who is inclined to drink Redbull is likely the type of person who suffers from an affliction for which they are prescribed some sort of mood-regulating medication, many of which negatively synergize with grapefruit enzymes.
Isn't RedBull more associated with clubs and raves (and therefore liberal drug use)? At least that's how it used to be. RedBull vodka + a couple of sketchy pills and dance until the sun comes up.
I am not a huge fan of alcohol, but an ice cold jaeger bomb (jagermeister and redbull) is tasty af. Has to be ICE COLD tho. Room temp jager bombs suck.
