Do you feel the same way about professional sports? If so then we just disagree but if you put esports in a different category then that's a contradiction you need to examine.
Professional sports is the embodiment of "If you ain't cheating, you ain't winning", despite how much it tries to insist it isn't that.
I really wish sport was amateurised again. That's what originally led to people supporting their local football ⚽ teams. Yet another thing Thatcher fucked up for us
not to get too political on hexbear dot net but the hans niemann buttplug scandal was objectively hilarious and i would hate to find out it didn't happen and was just a joke from a reddit comment
yes i do feel the same way about professional sports. people cheat at professional sports all the time too. i think that's pretty funny as well. they're playing a game for money.
We should have a league with cheating and a league without. I'm not just talking steroids, I mean the whole thing - blackmail, bribing, etc.
I want to know what country is the best at being scoundrels.
What happens if you cheat in the no-cheating-league, you ask? We throw the cheater down into a Big Hole. If they can climb out they're fine. If they've been very bad then we make the sides muddy. Bigness of hole determined by bigness of cheat.
i would love this. it would make “who can cheat better” the whole sport and the game its self is just a set up for that.
really that sounds like how sports should be in america anyway. whats more american than that?
Once again stealing Italian Valor
Esports are the same as real sports (derogatory)
