Because I just got a text from some lawyer saying they'll make my problems go away "starting at" $300 and it's like WHO HAVE YOU CONSENT TO SOLICIT, I DIDN'T

Where I'm at it gets filled into public record, so law firms will often just search the local court records regularly for new tickets to send out mailers or cold calls and texts.

This^ It's an invasion of privacy, but got dayum did it get me out of a financially devastating ticket a long time ago.
