I know hardly anything about them. Maybe they simply made a mistake and/or were massively lied to and got involved in this straight up mainstream lib shit. The entire "6:00 PM" quote reads like something out of a political comedy.
Band: "There's gonna be a “Fuel the Cause” happy hour that's a private fundraiser?"
Dem shill: "Yeah!"
Band: "And generous donors are gonna mingle with top creators and movement leaders."
Dem shill: "Yeah!"
Band: "And it's gonna include the biggest names in the political resistance."
Dem shill: "Yeah! It's gonna be awesome. We got the Lincoln Project and..."
I was going to make a comment saying something like ”can you blame anyone for staying away from where the Dropkick Murphys are playing?”, but maybe they're not so bad after all if they at least have decent politics? Dunno, everything I've heard from them has been extremely cringy.
They've got a cover of Which Side Are You On? so there's some hope there.
