I've been getting gender envy a lot more often and stronger now that I've realized I just wanna be a girl with no asterisks. Like why am I sitting here in such jealous longing looking at a cute little sketch someone made on a blackboard.

I feel like that's a good sign. You have a better understanding of how you want to be perceived. How you want to look.
It might be now that you mention it. The thing that struck me first about the drawing on the blackboard was that her hair was a lot like mine. Like I could look like the drawing if I was a little cuter.
