There are multiple organizations that will remove nazi tattoos for free. If I looked in the mirror every day and saw a fascist hate symbol I would be disgusted and want it removed as fast as possible. He's going with the "I was too dumb to know" angle and is promising to get it removed now, but (assuming he was initially tricked by a fascist croatian) there is NO way he didn't learn what it was at some point. He's lying.
