In this episode Trump makes use of a little-known exception to the rules known as "who the fuck's gonna stop me?"
well the soldiers did take an oath so I'm figuring "guy who wants to pay them" vs. "whatever state entity that has to technically fight paying them against guy who pays them" should be a fair fight
I'm actually sort of surprised Trump hasn't issued a short EO on that topic with matching Truth Social post telling GOP SCOTUS to issue a quickie shadow ruling for him. The EO could state "I, as president, have plenary power," which is an equivalent to "nobody can ever fucking stop me."
Trump seems to have given his insight to Macron in recent times
