It's just going to be questions all the way down, I see
sadly i'm not a rizzler follower or expert or anything, he's popped up in my feed a few times and as far as i can tell, his whole thing is-- and i'm saying this just as a means to explain what i believe his whole thing is, not to insult the kid or make any negative comments. but his thing is that he's a bigger kid that does things not very well, but his dad encourages him to keep doing them and says he's really good at them. then as far as i can tell that expanded to the audience kinda being in on saying he's good at the thing, and the people in the video saying he's good at it. i've probably seen less than 10 of his shorts tho

That's not the Rizzler's dad, that's AJ, the dad from the Costco Guys. Rizzler was like a spin-off character.
