Fromsoftware fans "Miyazaki's vision
gamers debating whether summons are part of miyazaki's vision is like abrahamic sects debating the canonicity of apocrypha but infinitely funnier because while the writers of the testaments are long gone, miyazaki is still alive and he has specifically said that they are
miyazaki: you should use the power of friendship
fromsoft tryhards: having friends is for losers
I like from soft games, and it's especially funny because miyazaki literally said in an interview that he doesn't really care for optimal builds or extremely accurate play, and that he likes the kinds of builds that the community widely considers trash or 'too easy', like mage builds.
Considering magic easy is pretty silly TBH. You've got an extra resource meter to monitor and multiple abilities to select from and manage and need to be much more careful about spacing. Strength is the easiest way to play these games. Get guts sword, bonk to victory
Yeah honestly I’ve done a variety of builds across from soft games and I always found the standard sword and board took the least amount of brain power
There was a spell in Elden Ring that you could just one shot bosses with tho
Yeah, if you googled the build you need to do it. Setting up one shots is possible on any build
