Vegan protein powder. Uninteresting but efficient
I do like the specifically vegan stuff, rn just drinking brown rice protein powder. Happens to be vegan and cheap but also tastes of clay sadly.
Consider cooked oatmeal. It basically turns into pudding if you blend it.
I actually made a big bowl of oatmeal with 2 scoops of the stuff, added some applesauce and cinnamon and I got some high tier slop
Green thai curry
I've had this once before at this vietnamese place I used to go to, I should go back some day I saw their menu had an updated vegan version with tofu
instead of chicken 
oooh id love to have a place like that near me. also part of the reason thai curries are my fav food is that they're easily made vegan and i loooooove tofu as the replacement
Might need to try it myself first, I got everything I need for a curry just need to figure how I put the tofu in. Part of me wants me to air fry it before putting it in the sauce to give it more of a texture to bite into but I feel that might not be how they do it, idk if I get a job I will definitely try the place to see how they do it to copy.

Good pick, I actually got some while back some dried ones. They lasted me a while since I could make them in a large pot of food like beans.
Tough to pick a single favorite but I'll go with either curry or chana masala.
Chana masala been on my list to make since forever, I am a fan of chickpea curry so if they compare I'm looking forward to trying chana masala

been making some miso soup with it and it's been so easy to get my protein in that way
I'm not a big food person, mostly an annoyance to have to stop and eat all the time. But I love sugary energy drinks, my favorite thing to consume
I used to love to drink slop like that, now I mostly stick to diet cola but like I do see they make 0 sugar monsters
Breaded cauliflower
I've never even thought of this, I know a couple of dishes where cauliflower is used in lieu of flour and that's where my mind has been every time I think of cauliflower.
